EDGE NETWORKING

Sigpro designs the complete embedded system solution for edge networking, including hardware, software stacks, radios and antennas. These solutions are ideal for customers developing products for both wired (e.g. Ethernet) and wireless (e.g. WiFi) networks, such as Wireless Access Points, set-top boxes, and gateways.

Our engineering team has the capabilities and experience to develop a broad range of custom edge network devices and applications at the system, device and component levels.

Sigpro’s expertise in edge networks includes:

• Wireless Access Points for residential, enterprise, or hospitality applications.
  
• Home gateway devices, either stand-alone or integrated into other consumer electronics, which mediate between the external broadband network services and the internal network, and provide an access point for wireless networked devices.
  
• Wire-line technologies such as Ethernet, DSL, DOCSIS (Cable), Home PNA, IEEE 1394, and HomePlug.
  
• Wireless technologies such as "WiFi" 802.11a/b/g, Bluetooth, Hiper-LAN2, and fixed wireless.
